About Beni

  I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Economics at Texas A&M in 2002 and enjoyed being an active member of the Texas A&M University Investment Club.

After graduating I moved to Austin and worked in the financial services industry for over 10 years as a Financial Investment Advisor, Banker, Mortgage Officer, and Small Business Specialist.  I utilize the extensive experience and knowledge gained to help my real estate clients’ best position themselves for real estate deals.  I am driven and find a great sense of accomplishment in ensuring my clients save money and plan for their future. 

I have been practicing residential and commercial real estate since 2012, and love it!  It is a pleasure to work with and help so many diverse clients.  I am continually learning about new real estate trends, zoning regulations, ordinances, growth patterns, and technology to hone my craft and provide the best service to my clients.  

I also enjoy learning a lot from listening to my clients in order to best understand their needs, wants, and long-term goals for a property.  Transparency, communication, and setting proper expectations are key components to my clients reaching their real estate goals.
